About us

For more than 7 years, I specialized in permanent makeup. But my journey expanded when I faced something personally frustrating: unwanted hair that simply would not go away.

I tried everything. I spent a lot of time and money — full packages of 6, 10, even 12 sessions — yet the results were always temporary. Different studios, different machines… and the hair always returned.

It was only when I discovered the Candela laser that I finally experienced the results I had been searching for.

And that changed everything for me.

I realized how important the combination of professional-grade equipment and the knowledge of the specialist truly is.

Many providers use default, factory settings for every client — the same for every skin tone, every hair type. But real results require an individual approach: adjusting wavelength, fluence, pulse duration, and technique based on the structure of the hair follicle and the condition of the skin.

How Your Session Works

Step 1. Consultation & Skin Analysis

Every client begins with a consultation. I evaluate your skin tone, hair density, growth patterns, and sensitivity to determine the safest and most effective settings.

Step 2. Personalized Settings

No factory presets. I adjust the wavelength, fluence, pulse duration, and cooling level specifically for you — to maximize results and protect the skin.

Step 3. Treatment

During the procedure, you may feel a light snap sensation — quick and very tolerable. Candela’s cooling system keeps the skin comfortable throughout the session.

Step 4. Post-Care Guidance

You’ll receive simple after-care instructions to protect your skin and support results between sessions.

This is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. This is precision, customization, and care.

No Unnecessary Treatments

We are honest about what will and will not work. If laser hair removal is unlikely to be effective for you or for certain areas, we will always let you know in advance.

For clients with very light or blonde hair, results with any laser — Alexandrite, Diode, Nd:YAG, or others — are typically minimal. The lighter the hair, the less pigment there is for the laser to target, which means the results are often weak or short-term, regardless of how advanced the equipment may be.

While there are occasional exceptions, they are rare, and we do not believe in creating unrealistic expectations.

Our goal is not to sell sessions — it is to guide you to the most effective solution for your skin and hair.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients need between 6–10 sessions, depending on hair thickness, hormonal factors, and the treatment area. Results begin after the first few sessions.

Is it painful?

Candela includes a built-in cooling system that cools the skin before every laser pulse, making the treatment much more comfortable than traditional lasers.

Will the hair grow back?

The goal of laser hair removal is long-term reduction. Hair grows in cycles — each session weakens the active follicles. With the right settings, hair becomes lighter, finer, and in many cases, stops growing altogether.

Can I do the treatment if I have sensitive skin?

Yes — as long as the settings are correctly adjusted. This is why a licensed specialist and skin analysis are so important.

What should I do before the appointment?

Simply shave the area 24 hours before your session. Do not wax or pluck — we need the follicle in place for the laser to work.

Is Candela safe for darker skin tones?

Yes, Candela lasers, specifically the GentleMax Pro, are considered safe and effective for dark skin. This is because the system uses both a 755 nm Alexandrite laser and a longer-wavelength 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, and the Nd:YAG is safer for darker skin as it is absorbed less by melanin. The system also includes advanced cooling technology to protect the skin during treatment.

What's the difference between IPL and laser hair removal?

Lasers are highly selective and precisely target melanin, which means fewer treatments are needed for long-term hair reduction. There is a growing body of clinical evidence supporting the effectiveness and safety of laser treatments.

Lasers also penetrate deeper into the skin to reach the hair follicle more accurately. For example:

  • Alexandrite 755 nm
  • Nd:YAG 1064 nm
  • Diode 810 nm

All penetrate approximately 4–5 mm, which is optimal for targeting the hair bulb. Most IPL devices reach only about 2 mm, which often isn't deep enough for effective results.

In addition, professional lasers feature advanced cooling systems, making treatments significantly more comfortable compared to IPL.
